Natural Home Remedies for Psoriasis

Now take these lukewarm laves to be applied on affected area after which it has to be covered with soft woolen cloth which has to be topped with elastic bandage for about couple of hours.

•    Lemons and Bitter gourd:
Extract 1 glass of juice from bitter gourd and mix it up with 1 tsp of lemon juice after which it has to be drunk on empty stomach for about 4-6 months continuously.

In order to lessen the itching feeling during psoriasis it is suggested to mix 2 tbsp of baking soda to a bowl of water and apply it on skin with a towel. Also skin has to be exposed to sun early in the morning which is said to lessen inflammation of skin and prevents scaling.
