Basic Skin Care Tips For Healthy and Beautiful Skin

There are very few people who know what their skin type is, without knowing which it will be nor possible to take proper skin care. Hence the first step in any routine skin care is to know what your skin type is which can be decided by either having a close look at the skin or visit any skin care expert who will give appropriate answers.

For those who want to find answers on their own we can give you general observations on skin type, hence if you find the skin to be not too greasy or too dry it can be said that you have normal skin. People who have normal skin are said to have appropriate amount of oil and moisture retained in their skin, also they have an even skin tone without any spots or blemishes.

Even normal skin needs to be healthy and keep on glowing for which we give you some treatments that can be easily prepared right from the ingredients available in kitchen. These treatments are often referred to as face masks which are given below:

1.    Banana and Yogurt

Ingredients needed:

•    Mashed banana – half
•    Yogurt – 2 tbsp
•    Honey – 1 tbsp

Mix all the ingredients in their specified proportions and apply on face excluding the eyes to be left on for about 15 minutes, later wash it off with cold water.

2.    Yogurt and orange

Ingredients used:

•    Yogurt – 1 tbsp
•    Orange juice – ¼ of an orange

Mix them up well to be applied on face avoiding the eye region, leave it on for about 5 minutes before rinsing it with normal water.
